Cancellation Policy:
- Summer Session membership can be cancelled and fees refunded for notices given a minimum of two weeks before the camp start. Notice must be provided in writing to the office manager.
General Terms:
- I agree that I am the parent or legal guardian of the above listed participant.
- I agree to pay the session fees as described for my child's swim program.
- I acknowledge that membership is not guaranteed and swimmers are not able to enter the water until FULL payment, completed application, code of conduct and personal information consent forms are received by the office administration.
