NRST is excited to continue offering hour long yoga sessions in the new year starting on January 9th through Cathy and Inner Revolution Yoga.
This session is open to the first 10 elementary school swimmers in the Yellow, Bronze, Silver and Gold groups. To confirm you spot please USE THE JOB SIGN UP on this event.
Please arrive 10mins early at the location in yoga appropriate clothing and bring a water bottle.
