NRST is offering an Introduction to Swim Meets day for you to come and try your hand at many of the volunteer jobs, in order to familiarize yourself without the pressure of a real swim meet
The morning will provide a chance for you to use the timing equipment, check out the swim meet specific office equipment, learn about stroke and turn judging, and even get on the PA and start the swimmers! The swimmers will be doing a regular work out, so this will be fun and informative for all parents.
Come out and meet your Board of Directors (all volunteer parents, just like you) have a coffee and muffin on us, earn volunteer points for every adult that attends, and learn a bit more about the world of competitive Swimming!
